Schools that have been doing Learn to lead for at least 2 years can work towards the Gold Award, which is an important quality mark.

This is a reflective process tailored to your organisation, and the criteria are set out in the Development Review Tool.  It involves a half-day visit from a Learn to lead enabler, phone or e-mail discussions, and when the time is right an application form.
