Producing a newsletter
Designing and helping to decorate a new ‘Learn to lead’ office facility
Collaborating on an involvement policy
Discussing good friends and bad friends
Felicity Chadwick Hosted the CVT Chair described the role of a trustee and Mark Barnish CVT Finance Director discussed his work in the charity. Advocates working in Botton and Larchfield also attended.
Guests also had a chance to tour Larchfield and see the variety of activities and achievements by the people supported there and the new mini community of little flats presently under development.
Phil Gibson who coordinates the Learn to lead initiative for CVT said after the meeting ‘Its really inspiring to see how people are working together and coming up with so many great ideas and innovations. I’m pleased that we are able to provide the tools and the facilities to enable these groups to develop their undoubted skills and abilities and thankful that we have so many dedicated people in CVT helping them to do this’.
