Learn to lead excited to be working with National Citizens Service

After many conversations with the NCS, Learn to lead have now begun to deliver sessions as part of the NCS Kickstart pilot programme.

The aim of the pilot is to work with graduates of NCS to develop a way in which young people can take more of a lead in the organisation and activities.  There are about 300 graduates and they are running a pilot with them for the graduates to try and do something more youth led.

Learn to lead are part of a number of different processes that they are being taught. Simon and Max ran the first session on co-production which was very successful and we look forward to continuing with the rest of the pilot.
