New media team training for students and staff

January 28th – Wells, Somerset

Learn how to set up a media team in order to publicise your work … and gain new skills and understanding in video-making, websites, social media and planning a media campaign. This is a very practical day for students, teachers are also welcome.

Leading the day we are delighted to have Rachel Bunce, a freelance film and visual media consultant whose skills cover every base in video production from camera operating, editing, producing, leading workshops to project management and consultancy.

We also have Thea Quaddy, a PR expert, presently working as account manager for Gumption Social Media. Thea will advise on marketing and social media, along with Will Flood, formally of the Blue School, Wells, but still working with the Blue Lounge Radio Team and he will help us to make podcasts!

For current Learn to lead schools, training for two students and one teacher can be one element of your continuing annual support package, thus saving significantly on the standard cost – which for new schools is £125.00 per student or £250 per adult.
